IPF Sanctions Vladyslav Chornyi for Anti-Doping Rule Violation

International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) announced today that Vladyslav Chornyi from Ukraine received a three-year sanction for an anti-doping rule violation. The athlete’s urine sample, collected out-of-competition on 12 February 2023, revealed the presence of GHRP-2 (Pralmorelin and Pralmorelin metabolite AA1-3) which are listed in Section S2.2.4 of the WADA Prohibited List as Growth Hormone Releasing Factors.

The athlete’s period of ineligibility will conclude on 28 March 2026. Until that time, the Athlete is subject to a prohibition against participation purusant to Article 10.4.1 of the IPF Anti-Doping Rules.
