IPF Sanctions Diego Esteban Soria Ojeda for Anti-Doping Rule Violation

International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) announced today that Diego Esteban Soria Ojeda from Ecuador
received a three (3) year sanction for an anti-doping rule violation. The athlete’s urine sample, collected in-
competition on 10 September 2022, revealed the presence of Boldenone which is listed in Section S1 of
the WADA Prohibited List as an Anabolic Androgenic Agents.  
 
The athlete’s period of ineligibility will conclude on 02 November 2025. Until that time, the Athlete is subject
to a prohibition against participation purusant to Article 10.4.1 of the IPF Anti-Doping Rules.
