Dear Member Federations,
I trust this message finds everyone well and in good health!
I’m both honored and proud to announce that during November 2022, we shall celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the International Powerlifting Federation IPF).
To celebrate the anniversary, we have created a special logo that will be used at all of our World and Regional Powerlifting Championships.
More importantly, we’re well underway in preparing a book commemorating the historical achievements of our athletes, coaches and officials that made us one of the most successful sports organizations in the world.
I have enclosed the logo for your review. Special thanks go out to the Mr. Eric Rupp, the IPF’s media consultant for preparing the artwork.
Several banquets will be organized for the anniversary celebration and we hope that everyone will attend these special events. Of course, we shall provide more details for these events toward the close of 2021.
