Dear lifters, officials and member federations,
Last week we learned of the passing of Northern Ireland lifter Colin Wright. He was in his early fifties and had been suffering from cancer for some time. He was a multiple British Champion and lifted in several international getting the 120kg Silver medal in the 2016 World Classic Championships.
On behalf of myself and the IPF Executive Committee we send our deepest condolences to Colin's family, friends and lifting associates. Colin Wright will be sadly missed!
