Preliminary nominations are now open for the World Bench Press Championships which will be held in Almaty, Kazakhstan in May 2022. The team in Almaty are busy preparing to welcome lifters from all over the world and want to assure everyone that the situation is Kazakhstan is peaceful and safe and they are ready to provide the best championships possible.
Preliminary nominations close on 22nd March so please send your nominations in soon and we look forward to seeing you in Almaty.
