IPF Sanctions Yuliia Malynovska for Anti-Doping Rule Violation

International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) has issued an anti-doping rule violation, which includes a six (6) year period of ineligibility against Yuliia Malynovska from Ukraine. The athlete’s urine sample, collected In-competition on 14 March 2024, revealed the presence of Oxandrolone, which is listed in Section S1.1 of the WADA Prohibited List as an Anabolic Androgenic Steroid, SARMS enobosarm (Ostarine), which is listed in Section S1.2 as an Other Anabolic Agent, and Meldonium, which is listed in Section S4 as a Hormone and Metabolic Modulator.

The athlete’s period of ineligibility will conclude on 27 May 2030. Until that time, the Athlete is subject to a prohibition against participation purusant to Article 10.4.1 of the IPF Anti-Doping Rules.
