International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) has issued an anti-doping rule violation, which includes a three (3) year period of ineligibility against Saeid Mohammed Alhasi from Libya. The athlete’s urine sample,
collected In-competition on 03 September 2023, revealed the presence of Drostanolone and Metandienone, both are listed in Section S1 of the WADA Prohibited List as Anabolic Androgenic Steroids.
The athlete’s period of ineligibility will conclude on 08 November 2026. Until that time, the Athlete is subject to a prohibition against participation purusant to Article 10.4.1 of the IPF Anti-Doping Rules.
