International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) has issued an Anti-Doping Rule Violation, which includes a four (4) year period of ineligibility against Nouralddeen Daebis from Libya for violating Article 2.4 of the IPF Anti-Doping Rules (Evading, Refusing or Failing to Submit to Sample Collection by an Athlete) at an IPF competition on 28 November 2025.
The athlete’s period of ineligibility will conclude on 04 December 2029. Until that time, the Athlete is subject to a prohibition against participation pursuant to Article 10.4.1 of the IPF Anti-Doping Rules.
