International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) announced today that Khuder Enkhbold from Mongolia received
a three (3) year sanction for an anti-doping rule violation. The athlete’s dry blood spot sample, collected in-
competition in collaboration with Anti-Doping Denmark on 17 November 2022, revealed the presence of
Metandienone & Metabolites, Stanozolol, and Tamoxifen. Both Metandienone and Stanozolol are listed in
Section S1.1 of the WADA Prohibited List as an Anabolic Androgenic Steroids and Tamoxifen is listed as in
Section S4 of the WADA Prohibited List as a Hormone and Metabolic Modulator.
The athlete’s period of ineligibility will conclude on 01 April 2026. Until that time, the Athlete is subject to a
prohibition against participation purusant to Article 10.4.1 of the IPF Anti-Doping Rules.
