International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) has issued an anti-doping rule violation, which includes a four (4) year period of ineligibility against Khadbaatar Buyanalai from Mongolia. The athlete’s urine sample,
collected In-competition on 19 November 2022, revealed the presence of Metanienone, which is listed in Section S1 of the WADA Prohibited List as an Anabolic Androgenic Steroids.
The athlete’s period of ineligibility will conclude on 19 December 2026. Until that time, the Athlete is subject to a prohibition against participation purusant to Article 10.4.1 of the IPF Anti-Doping Rules.
