International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) has issued an Anti-Doping Rule Violation, which includes a two (2) year period of ineligibility against Andreas Jandorek from Austria. The athlete’s urine sample, collected In-competition on 10 May 2025, revealed the presence of Hydrochlorothiazide and Chlorothiazide, both of which are listed in Section S5 of the WADA Prohibited List as Diuretics and Masking Agents.
The athlete’s period of ineligibility will conclude on 04 June 2027. Until that time, the Athlete is subject to a prohibition against participation pursuant to Article 10.4.1 of the IPF Anti-Doping Rules.
