It is with deep regret that I share with you the passing of Ukrainian athlete Ms. Elizabeth Ivanova.
Elizabeth was a multi-time European and World Champion and record holder in the sport of powerlifting, and reached the level of Masters of Sport in her profession.
She was dearly loved by her family, friends and the Ukrainian National Federation.
On behalf of the Executive Committee, I send my sincerest condolences to her family, friends and to the Ukrainian National Federation.
We kindly request as that you remember and honor her memory. Elizabeth, may you rest in peace.
